Cleaning liquid is stressed by 20 "sandwich" transducers at a frequency of 40 KHz that develope an ultrasonic power of 1 KW.
This model is equipped by a 2 KW heating system and reaches 60-70° C as maximum cleaning temperature.
Ultrasound generator is supplied with the brand new ultrasonic oscillator featuring SWEEP SYSTEM technology. Sweep system can modulate the ultrasound generator's output frequency around a "central" frequency. Consequently, transducers are working on a varying frequency of 39-41 KHz. This frequency modulation offers many advantages in the precision cleaning.

This special dimension cleaner is the best solution even in gas-masks cleaning. In the SONICA® 90L up to 9 gas-masks can be processed at the same time, removing any impurity deposited during their particular working-life.
The most important thing is that it is possibile to remove dust and grease deposits also in those places that cannot be reached using conventional cleaning systems. It's enough to dilute in water our detergent SONICA® UG (generally 1 part of detergent in 10 parts of water) and start a 15 minutes cleaning cycle.

Parallel to simple cleansing and removing of dusties, soot, perspiration and grease, it is possible to clean and accurately disinfect gas-masks using our disinfectant PHARMA STERIL FERRI. This disinfectant product attacks Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacterias, some yeasts, mycetos and viruses. After the disinfectant cleaning, it is necessary to accurately rinse again the gas-masks using sterilized water.
