SONICA® ultrasonic cleaners

Ultrasonic cleaning is a safe and efficient modern procedure which ensures perfect cleaning in the shortest time possible. It can remove even the most tenacious deposits from parts which would be difficult to reach by hand and it avoids risk of injury or infection which may occur during manual cleaning.

The ultrasonic cleaning mechanism consist of an ultrasonic generator which produces ultrasonic vibrations in a cleaning liquid at a frequency of about 45,000 oscillations per second. These micro-vibrations in the liquid create microscopic bubbles by cavitation. The bubbles then implode and generate acoustic shock energy which removes even the most ingrained dirt, particularly from parts that traditional cleaning methods can't reach.

SONICA^®; ultrasonic cleaners are available in 20 models (from 1,9 liters) and in more than 50 versions suitable to match any specific Customers request.

SONICA^®; ultrasonic cleaners SMALL series have a capacity from 1,9 to 6 liters. This range of bench top cleaners, are suitable for cleaning of small objects. Excluding the smallest cleaner (SN1200 1,9 lt) all this models are available also in the EP version with fully digital control, “Degas” function, temperature control up to 70°C. (158°F.), programmable timer in step of 1’ up to 99 minutes.
The EP versions integrate the innovative oscillating system “Sweep System” this version also offer the possibility to create/store up to nine “user defined” working programs.

Sweep System Technology

The new SONICA EP series is the best that you can ask from ultrasonic cleaning equipment. The state-of-the-art generator incorporates a special ultrasonic oscillator using Sweep System technology. The frequency from the ultrasonic generator deviates around a central frequency of 40KHz and the transducer shift from 39KHz to 41KHz.
